What are your payment options?

We accept Credit / Debit card and Afterpay via our website. If you would like to make an offline payment, such as cash on collection of goods, select "Offline Payment" during the checkout process and we will get in touch to organise with you.

What is your return policy?

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item you receive is: 

  • faulty

  • significantly different to it's description

  • doesn’t do what we said it would. 

Individual items may have varying warranty periods. Please check the product description for this information. 

Do you sell gift cards?

YES! But at this stage we only sell digital gift cards which are emailed to you manually after you have placed the order. We are more than happy to send you something if you're wanting to give a physical voucher/card as a gift! Just contact us anytime to discuss.

Can I pay with Afterpay?

YES! You can! All you need to do is add items to your cart and begin the checkout process as usual. After entering your contact details, select Afterpay as your payment method and follow the process through the Afterpay website. Do you have a shop I can visit?

We actually don't have a shop front (yet ... who knows what the future holds)! If you're local and want to see something in the flesh though, just contact us to arrange a time to visit us.

So, how do I get my items and how long will it take?

  • At the moment we use Australia Post to deliver your items. Generally it will take between 3 and 6 days for your items to reach you.
    ***Note: due to changes in the delivery network to cater for increased demand due to Covid-19, these times can not be guaranteed.

  • You can select "Free Local Pickup" when you're checking out if you wish to collect your items from us - socially distanced / no contact pick ups will be organised with you.
